Church musician remembers lessons

I always looked forward to my weekly piano lesson with Susan. She was kind, but knew just how to be firm when I tried to take the easy way out. Games, flash cards, and even puzzles were frequently parts of our lessons that kept my young attention span focused. I'm very grateful to have taken piano lessons from Susan Hawthorne.
